I approached Jerry with a nearly whole-house remodel of a 5 bedroom 1980 tract home that still had the original carpet and fixtures. First he spent time carefully listening to my hopes and ideas. Then (this was amazing) he spent hours roaming the whole house and attic, pondering, cutting holes to explore walls, and letting his creative side roam free. He came back with ideas that I would not have thought of but are some of the best things we ended up doing. Then he listed all my wished-for items and came back with a line-by-line detail of costs. Nothing hidden – all very clear. We scaled back to match my budget and then the work began.

On his truck reads, “on-time and on-budget”. Jerry was true to his word. He is very careful and detail focused and organizes his subs in very efficient ways. This 6-month project had only a handful of days when someone was not at our home working on the remodel.

Jerry’s men are true craftsmen – perfectionists who do wonderful work. The subs he brings in are also ones he knows personally will do only high quality work. It was beautiful to watch happen.

The result has been beyond my dreams. Our home is not only aesthetically beautiful, it “works” well. The functionality of Jerry’s wise, thoughtful designs is borne out again and again as we host groups from 4 to 35 people, or just putter around in the home. I cannot recommend him and his crew highly enough.
